2. Confidentiality
We treat all information, materials, and communications shared by our clients as strictly confidential. No project details, concepts, or data will be shared with third parties without prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property
All creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and final deliverables produced by DRIVCODE remain the property of DRIVCODE until full payment is received. After payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. DRIVCODE retains the right to feature completed works in our portfolio, social channels, and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

4. Usage Rights
The client is granted the agreed-upon rights for usage of final deliverables as per the signed contract. Any usage outside the agreed scope (e.g., additional territories, platforms, or extended durations) may require a separate licensing agreement.

5. Compliance with Laws
DRIVCODE ensures that all work complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. We also require clients to confirm that any content, logos, trademarks, or materials provided to DRIVCODE are lawfully owned or licensed for use.

6. Limitations of Liability
While DRIVCODE takes every precaution to deliver accurate, safe, and professional content, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables. The client is responsible for ensuring the content is suitable for its intended purpose and audience.

7. Revisions & Approvals
All projects include the agreed number of revisions as per the contract. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope will be subject to additional charges. Final approval from the client will constitute acceptance of the deliverables.

8. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

9. Mutual Respect
We value respectful, clear communication at every stage of the project. Our team is committed to maintaining a positive working relationship and expects the same from our clients.
